Stephen Capaldi, whose wife Elizabeth Capaldi was last seen at their Sellersville home on Oct. 10, was reportedly taken into custody for questioning late on Thursday, Dec. 9, but has not been charged with a crime, 6abc reports.
Detectives were seen setting up police tape and laying out evidence markers at the family home on High Street on Friday, with crews in hazmat suits walking the scene, WFMZ reported.
Elizabeth Capaldi was reported missing by her daughter on Oct. 12, as Daily Voice has reported. Her cell phone, car, and keys were all recovered from the home, but her wallet was apparently taken with her, authorities said at the time.
Law enforcement officials were not immediately available for comment.
